What's the guarantee?

If a customer is unsatisfied within 60 days of their purchase, we'll give them a full refund and buy them a competitor's product of their choosing.
What's the catch?
Our VIP Guarantee is only applicable to first-time purchases of the same product category and they must email info@dog-eh.com to process their return.
For example, let's say a customer has previously purchased Dog-Eh! Joint Support and decides to purchase Dog-Eh! Joint Support and Dog-Eh! Metabolism Support. Their purchase of Dog-Eh! Metabolism Support qualifies for our VIP Guarantee as it's the first time they've purchased that product, but their purchase of Dog-Eh! Joint Support would not qualify for our VIP Guarantee and is subject to your store's refund policy.
If the customer purchases multiple of the same product on their first purchase, the VIP Guarantee will be applicable to the first product and your regular store return policy will be applicable to the remainder.
We'll buy a competitor's product of their choosing as long a it's within the same product category of their original purchase and is of equal or lesser value. For example, if the customer purchases Dog-Eh! Skin & Coat Plus and takes us up on our VIP Guarantee we will only purchase them a competitor's Skin & Coat supplement of equal or lesser value. We would not purchase a vitamin, joint, or another type of supplement.
How to process VIP Guarantee claims:

All VIP Guarantee claims must be processed through info@dog-eh.com
This means anyone who's looking to take Dog-Eh! up on our VIP Guarantee must email info@dog-eh.com with their proof of purchase within 60 days of purchase. We'll take care of the due diligence to ensure they qualify and will buy the competitor's product of their choosing.
When to talk to customers about the VIP Guarantee:
If a customer is hesitant about buying a Dog-Eh! Supplement tell them about our VIP Guarantee. If they seem skeptical tell them to scan the QR Code on the front of our packaging (located on the top left) or visit www.Dog-Eh.com and see for themself.
